Health and Fitness have always played an important role in her life.  As a Physical Education and Health teacher Shannon feels it is her duty to educate our youth about the importance of fitness and nutrition as part of our daily lives.  Finding different exercises, discovering healthy food choices, and challenging herself to bring excitement to her classroom are what drive Shannon to continue being a health fanatic.

“I am looking forward to bringing my excitement and love for Health and Fitness to our new Empower program.” – Shannon
